Required Policies & Agreements

By enrolling in the program with Kindermusik with Emily, LLC, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the following:



Communication

Kindermusik with Emily, LLC has permission to email class-related information and announcements. Personal information will not be released to any third party, and is for the exclusive use of communication from Kindermusik with Emily, LLC. Families can be removed from this list, however understand that if removed from the mailing list, there is a potential to miss important information related to the class calendar, special events, or weather-related cancellations.





Photographs/Video

Kindermusik with Emily, LLC has permission to use photographs or video of participant and child taken at Kindermusik classes or special events. Any parent that does not wish to have their child's image recorded or photographed should make their wishes known in writing to the office at emily@LearnSingandGrow.com. We will add this note to your account.



Release & Liability Agreement

With participation in this program, participant acknowledges that they are aware and understand that the activities may involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Participant acknowledges that any injuries they sustain may be compounded by negligent emergency response or rescue operations of the company. Participant acknowledges they are voluntarily participating in the activities with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the company or otherwise. Participant waives and releases any and all rights and claims for any such damages against Kindermusik with Emily, LLC and its employees in the unlikely event of injury sustained by themself or their child(ren) or another guardian attending class during the course of or as a result of their participation in this class or any other classes or events held by Kindermusik with Emily, LLC. . BY REGISTERING, PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT THEY VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE COMPANY.
